If you're unfamiliar, quality control (QC) involves listening to the full audiobook and marking any edits that still need to be made such as: mispronunciations, inconsistencies in character voice/accent, rogue sounds still present in the audio.

Technical script preparation usually involves preparing a pronunciation guide for a book that involves linguistics or multiple foreign languages or needs clear annotation for use by multiple narrators in one project. I also often get brought in on projects that have a lot of Spanish or Chinese (Mandarin) because I speak both of these languages.
